Everything on Dingtouma is educational background, plus a write-up of common practices and common mistakes. It is not investment advice, nor any form of offer or solicitation. The risk of crypto is yours to weigh

Crypto prices swing enormously, and you can lose your entire principal, and the outcome can be worse than the worst case you had in mind. By BTCUSDT monthly closes (UTC) from Binance's public market data API, bitcoin fell from 114,048.93 in September 2025 to 58,624.71 in June 2026, a drop of 48.6% in nine months. The previous bear market fell further from peak to trough; the figures and their source are in How much should I invest in bitcoin?. Two old lines are worth remembering because they are true: past performance does not predict the future, and someone else recovering doesn't mean you will. Make any buy or sell decision yourself, and if you're unsure, consult a licensed professional adviser, not a stranger on the internet (me included).

The calculators here are only demos

The calculators and small tools on this site are educational demos, all of them. The numbers inside (investable money, acceptable loss, assumed drop, amount per buy) are assumptions you type in yourself, not predictions, and certainly not promises. They do exactly one thing: show you how big the risk is. They don't tell you how much you'll make. No result they produce represents real returns or guarantees anything will happen.

Where responsibility sits

If you read what's here and make a decision, good outcome or bad, the responsibility is yours, and I'm not liable for it. The money is yours, the account is yours, and the hand on the buy or sell button is yours. I'm spelling it out because I don't want you to treat anyone's words (mine included) as something to copy without thinking.
